What we know about you, and what we do with it.

Short answer: what we need to place your advert and invoice you, and nothing else. No trackers. Nothing sold.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number and tick the box on our request form, you agree that Chenchos LLC may send you text messages about the advertising space you are buying: confirmation when your logo is live, a request for artwork if we need it, and account notices such as a payment that did not go through. We send no marketing campaigns.

Roughly 2 to 6 messages a month, depending on what is happening with your advert. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message and we stop immediately — it is recorded against your record and our system refuses to text you afterwards. Reply HELP for help, or call (844) 548-9424. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

We never sell, rent or share your number with anyone, and we never use it for anything other than your advert.

What we collect

• When you request space: your business name, your name, email, phone number if you give one, the web address your advert links to, and the artwork you send us.
• The exact consent wording you agreed to, with the date, time and IP address. That is the record of your consent.
• Payment: a record of what you bought and when. Card details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store them.

What we don't do

We don't sell, rent or trade your information. There are no advertising trackers, analytics pixels or social media tracking on this site. The adverts on the grid are plain images and links; they do not track anybody.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to operate: Stripe for payments, Supabase for the database, Netlify for hosting, and Twilio for text messages. We would hand over information if legally required, and would tell you unless forbidden from doing so.

Cookies

No advertising or tracking cookies. Nothing is stored in your browser beyond what the page needs to display.

How long we keep it

While your advert is on the grid, and a year afterwards. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.

Your rights

Wherever you are, on request we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send it to you in a file. Email or call and we will do it — no forms, no charge.

Children

This service is not intended for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
