The terms, in plain words.

What you get for your money, what we will and will not publish, and what happens if either of us wants out.

Who we are

Chenchos LLC, Green Bay, Wisconsin. We sell advertising space on the grid at chenchosllc.com, and build websites for small businesses.

What you are buying

One or more 10×10 pixel squares on the grid. You send us a logo and the web address it should link to, and we place it. Hovering shows your business name; clicking opens your site in a new tab.

Your square stays for as long as this page exists. It is a single payment, not a subscription, and nothing renews. We do not promise permanence, because nobody can promise that honestly — if we ever took the page down we would give you notice.

We review before publishing

Nothing appears until a person has looked at the artwork and clicked the link. This is our own company's page and we will not publish something we cannot stand behind. If we decline your advert we refund you in full and tell you why.

We don't accept: adult content, gambling, payday lending, anything illegal, or links leading to downloads or to sites that mislead people.

Price and payment

• The price per square is shown on the request page and agreed before you pay.
• Prices are in US dollars. If your card is issued outside the US, your bank sets the exchange rate and may add a fee.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Refunds

If we decline your advert, you get everything back. If you change your mind before we place the logo, likewise. Once it is live it is a single payment with nothing to cancel — but if something goes wrong at our end, tell us and we will put it right.

Text messages

If you tick the box on the request form, we may text you about your advert: when the logo is up, if we need artwork, and account notices. Not marketing. Reply STOP at any time and we stop. Message and data rates may apply, and consent is not a condition of purchase.

Who owns what

• Your logo remains yours. You give us permission to display it on the grid while your square is there, and for nothing else.
• The grid is ours. You are buying space on it, not the page.
• An advert here is not an endorsement — not ours of your business, nor yours of ours.

What you're responsible for

The artwork you send has to be yours or licensed to you. You are responsible for whatever is on the site your advert links to, and for it remaining the same site. If your link starts pointing somewhere else, we remove the advert without a refund.

If something goes wrong

We will fix what we can. To be plain about the limit: our responsibility is capped at what you paid us. We are not liable for lost business or anything downstream of the page being unavailable. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law where you live.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA.
